At the Pitt County AIDS Service Organization, we are dedicated to preventing HIV transmission through comprehensive educational outreach and FREE STI testing. We also have a small emergency financial assistance program for those living with HIV. We believe in fostering a healthier community in Pitt & Craven Counties and surrounding areas by promoting awareness, compassion, and public health initiatives.
